Birthday Parties

 

 
Enjoy a fun filled hour or two of laughter and smiles along with audience participation.
Each party is customized by age appropriateness, occasion and number of children and or adults. Giggles and laughter are guaranteed by all. (Even with the shyest of children or adults)
     Each performance includes a multiple amount of diversities of entertainment that can be chosen from. Such choices are: magic, music and movement, silly dances, birthday party games, juggling, storytelling,
whole family involvement, a production of a live bunny rabbit, educational information and a pledge to pass a smile to someone else. A choice of balloon animals, face and hand painting and washable tattoos can also be included for no additional charge or all of the mentioned depending on the amount of time allotted. This diversity creates a well rounded audience participation show. Emphasis on the birthday child or children is given with special attention and assistance during the show.
 During the week following the show, a personalized autographed picture along with a thank you note is written and mailed to the birthday child. This creates a lasting impression and personal touch along with more excitement after the party is over. In the case of young children ages two years to four years old who might be shy, a picture can be sent before the party to familiarize them with “Pancakes” the Clown.
 Each child attending the party is provided with a take home gift for a memorable time that was had by all. Usually this is between one to three items. These items range from siren whistles, sponge clown noses, giant hundred dollar bills, beaded necklaces, color sheets, miniature rubber chickens, princess crowns, horse shoes, non-chocolate candies, plastic gold coins, etc.
     “Themes” of parties can also be incorporated into the show with magic tricks, costuming or both.
     Details for arrival time, length of show, cost, directions, etc. is discussed during confirmation.
     Contracts are available upon request.
 Confirmation is given with an old fashioned verbal agreement and re-confirmed one week prior to the date of the party. A deposit is not required unless set up upon confirmation. Payment in full is required the day of the event.
     For organizations and corporate functions, contracts will be faxed or mailed ahead for both our business records.

*** MONDAY NIGHT IS KIDS NIGHT ***
     Every Monday night at Colonial Ice Cream Café is Kids Night! Children eat free with an accompanying paying adult from 5pm to 8pm while enjoying “Pancakes” the Clown entertaining with one of the three choices of balloon animals, hand and face painting and or washable tattoos. Birthday children and adults get to enjoy a FREE ice cream sundae AND children under twelve are surprised with a special toy from the treasure chest box from Pancakes. (On Mondays Only)
