Effect A toothpick is placed in the center hole of a
wooden paddle. It's shown to penetrate both sides.
With a flick of the wrist, the toothpick jumps to
the inner hole. Again the toothpick is inserted
through the center hole. With the flick of the
wrist, it jumps to the outer hole. Then the
spectator is invited to insert the toothpick into
the center hole. He cannot because magically the
hole has healed, In fact, all three holes have
healed.
Yes, this is the same trick-effect as Porper puts out
these days.

THE EFFECT: A nut, bolt, and chain are shown assembled with the chain through
the hole in the nut and bolt. The assembly is passed out among the spectators
to show that the nut cannot be unscrewed without the chain being removed. The
magician then removes the chain and passes it to the spectators for
inspection. After retrieving the chain he reinserts it through the holes in
the nut and bolt and hands each end to spectators with instructions to hold
the ends loosely. The magician covers the nut and bolt with his hand and
reaching under, unscrews the bolt from the nut. Removing his hand the magician
then spins the nut while the spectators are still holding each end of the chain.

EFFECT: Three brass chips are displayed each with a different color. A fourth
chip is shown which is plain. The chip takes on the colors of the other chips
one at a time "just like a chameleon." Finally, all the chips are placed face
down on the spectator's hand. The spectator squeezes the chips and to their
amazement the chips are now all the same color! Everything is now examinable!

SUPER WALKING KNOT needs no introduction. This
trick, the FISM 82
Prize Award, has existed into two versions:
PROFESSIONAL and SIMPLIFIED.
Both versions use a 6 yard length of rope. It is
evident that such a length, tied
between two chairs, needs a large stage and cannot
be performed but on platform.
This hasn't been convenient for all magicians.
The ultimate version, entitled "Close-up" uses some
7 feet long length of rope.
It is therefore easy to handle and will satisfy any
and all fans of Rope Magic.
It can be performed everywhere and in close-up
conditions.
Here is a brief description of the effect:
Magician displays a length of rope and cuts it in
two parts of 16 and 64
inches.
After this being done, the two pieces are tied
together. Suddenly, the knot
slowly moves from the end towards the middle of the
rope held outstretched
between the magician's hands. The knot slid to the
center, the magician
unties it showing the rope cut at this position.
The effect is immediately repeated. The rope is
retied in the middle and
held between the hands of the magician again. The
knot moves slowly
towards the opposite end of the rope and it is
untied there.
In the end the rope is retied and then magically
restored. The knot has
vanished.
This also includes the instructions for doing
Pavel's Jetrope, you will need to supply your own
balloons (they are just party balloons).
Condition - Excellent - only you will need to
replace balloons, though this was never used, all
the balloons, got all old and melded together

Magician hands spectator 4 ‘logs’, each log is almost 2” long, 3/8 inches on
each of the long sides, on each side of the logs are a column of 4 numbers,
(look at the pic, you will see the numbers on each log are in a column, not a 4
digit number, this is important) so each log can be rolled like a die, and there
are 4 different possible sides that will come up. Now remember there are 4 logs,
so when magicians back is turned around, spectator can roll the logs, and then
arrange them so that there is a math problem of 4- 4diget numbers, and the
magician turns around, and instantly announces the sum of all the numbers, but
wait, the spectator can re-arrange the four logs, so there is a different total,
which the magician can immediately announce, the spectator can even use only 3,
or 2 logs if they like,,, this is very amazing, and sooooo simple, requires
latterly no math ability, even a 7 year old could do this, there are thousands
of different combinations of the ‘log dice’ and it can be done over and over,
the more it is done, the stronger and more amazing it becomes. Brand new, very
well made, the logs are actually metal, and the numbers are engraved into the
metal, so they should last a lifetime.

From the mind of one of the best magic inventors
alive. He has created many of the cleverest Tenyo
items, but some are too good for Tenyo. Back in the
*0's Howard Schwarzman imported many of his items,
and distributed them under his "limited editions"
line. Here is a clever one that he imported. To
understand it, study the pictures as I describe the
effect.
Effect: Magician displays a small white stand, and
shows a mirror background domino, and places it in
the stand, he demonstrates that by placing a piece
of black background in the stand facing the domino,
it makes the domino appears like a black domino,,,
then he removes the black card, the domino is seen
visually at all times, and it can be seen in the
reflection as the domino changes from black back to
mirror or silver looking background, the magician
then inserts a green card, and now we can see a
green domino,, this the magician explains is the
principles of mirrors.
"But water can be used to distort mirrors" explains
the magician, and he brings out a bowl of water, and
the stand and mirror domino are placed into the bowl
of water, and the above is repeated first with the
black card, showing a black domino, the black card
is finally removed and the domino is again seen to
be mirror (silver) back grounded, from here on,, the
audience never losses eye contact with the domino,,
there is no covering it even fro a split second with
magician's hand. The magician inserts the green car,
and as he does so the domino is seen to change to a
green looking domino.
Now the magician without any awkward moves of any
type, he slowly lifts the stand out of the water,
without touching the domino and green card, they
also come out of the water still in the stand. The
domino is always seen to be green as he does this,
NOW, the magician removes the green card, and just
listen to the astonishment from everyone when the
domino remains GREEN!!!
Everything can even be handed out for examination!!!
This is one of those tricks that when you do it
yourself for the first time in practice,,, even you
are amazed!!
The pictures of this do NOT do it justice, an
amazing close-up gem.
